Have you heard about Pinterest yet?
Pinterest is a wonderful new site where you can share things of all sorts, whether you have a business or just want to share things for fun.
If you are an artist or a chef and own your own business, it can be great for sharing photos of your work and connecting with people who might be interested in doing business with you. If you are planning a wedding or a baby shower, it could be wonderful to post items on your “wish list”.
The site describes itself as:Â “Pinterest lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web. People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes.”

I find it to be like all of my favourite magazines, moshed up into one! Art, design, food pics, recipes, clothes, cute animals…there is something for everyone in your family to comment on and enjoy. It can also be a great way to share photos with your friends and family, share neat stuff you find while zooming around on the web, and share that amazing thing you found and would LOVE to have for your birthday (hint, hint!).
I do warn you that this site can be VERY habit-forming if you are a bit of a photo junkie (like me). You have to ask to join, but I got a reply and invitation back within a couple of hours, so start pinning and have fun!
